Kim and Lee are the BEST realtors. We were moving to CO from CT and they went above and beyond to get us in to see as many houses as we could during a short weekend trip. After we were under contract, they were incredible at communicating and keeping us on top of all of the required tasks and due outs. They were accommodating, patient, and willing to go above and beyond to help us find and close our dream home. Once we were under contract there was a flood in the area and Lee went to the home to ensure there was no water or issues with the house. This should have been my first choice!! Recently relocated to Colorado and had tried 3 agents prior that were provided by veterans united, and pretty much tossed in the towel in finding anyone that was serious about their business. Was talking to a friend and fellow veteran and he sent me this contact, once I called, explained what's been going on, and what I'm looking for and it was night and day difference, the properties were way more in line, Lee and Kim were so attentive and responsive it seriously just made you feel good. It was a relief being a veteran working with another veteran. I'm just saying they are interested in your success and not just your number in line. So they had the customer side down, and then we found a place and they took the lion's share and really helped streamline between what I wanted to know and what I needed to know in order to prevent a lot of the anxiety of having to find a new home. They even recommended a different mortgage loan officer and even that turned out better than my previous loan request. Excellent and Top tier. 

As out of state buyers, I am sure this would not have worked without Kim. She navigated the waters of the sale while juggling all the communication for our roof to be replaced due to hail just before we closed. She gave us the names of other reputable businesses to help assist where she could not.  She also was the only person throughout the purchase of our home who knew what was happening when. I wish I could have had someone like her as our loan officer as well. She is outstanding. 

Kim was absolutely wonderful! She went above and beyond our expectations in every way possible. She was extremely professional and built good rapport immediately. She provided honest and direct feedback, was transparent with us, and was very accommodating to our schedule and time frame. We trust Kim and appreciate everything she did in the home buying/selling process. The only disappointing thing is that we won't get to work with her again now that we are in our dream home.

Kim is the hardest working agent I have ever met. I was a challenging buyer searching for a fixer-upper during the 2021 summer mayhem with a low-down payment. Kim stood by me while we wrote offers ten weekends in a row before finding a winner. Kim always had the inside scoop on the competing offers and got me in before the other showings. She helped come up with creative clauses to make my offer stand out. The first deal I had under contract had an appraisal challenge but fought for me working past 9:00 pm many evenings challenging components of the appraisal, working with my bank, and presenting alternative financing paths to get the deal done. 

The final house I closed on became available while I was traveling. Kim made it happen virtually and made me feel comfortable making an offer without physically seeing the house. I was very concerned with the renovation potential and surrounding neighborhood. Kim got me the data and walked me through it so I could fully grasp the deal. In the end, she was right creating 100k in equity for me after putting 50k into the property! Kim was also instrumental to guiding me through using Accept.inc cash offer program which was new for both of us. She was never afraid to push back and tell me when something did not feel right.

We were given Kim's contact information by a mutual friend when we were trying to sell our home in 2020. She is by far the most friendly, hard-working, professional, responsive, kind, conscientious, and diligent real estate agent we've ever had. We were always informed of what was going on, what options we had, given sound advice, and met deadlines on-time. She walked us through the entire process of selling and then buying a new home from a new-build company. She kept us calm, relieved all of our anxieties, and took care of virtually everything during the entire process. We had total trust and confidence in her (and then in Lee ) when he helped out during our walk-through of our new home. They both made a strenuous process very easy and smooth. They always gave great recommendations for lenders, handymen, appraisers, inspectors, etc. This entire process took about 18 months and it resulted in a great profit from our old house, an amazing brand new home, and 2 new valued friendships on top of that! We were truly blessed to have met Kim and to have had her help us through this grinding time in our lives. She definitely goes way above and beyond just doing her job and it's obvious she cares about her clients a great deal. She is truly sincere and very passionate about her work. Kim and Lee were great to work with. They were very transparent and helpful throughout the entire home buying process as a first time home buyer. What we liked the best however, was that Kim and Lee made it feel like they were finding us a home instead of selling us one.

Kim was fantastic! She answered and returned our phone calls and texts very quickly and was seemingly always available. We saw many houses and Kim quickly understood our wants and our dislikes. For the home we purchased, Kim was able to get us into a showing within hours of the house being on the market. Because of the demand, the house didn't last into the weekend so the immediacy of the showing was critical and necessary especially because I had to leave for business travel hours later that same day. Kim helped us formulate our offer based on her survey of other houses in the area and though we were not the highest money offer, she helped us capitalize on strengthening the other aspects of the offer - things my wife and I weren't familiar were options to changing. Ultimately the sellers chose us over the higher offers and I can assume that's purely because of Kim' abilities to put together a clean and strong offer. (But wait, there's more...) While under contract Kim also navigated the process while one of us had COVID-19, including communicating to the lender and the title company to ensure we could close on time and helping us set up a power of attorney who could sign for us. Now we have our dream house and couldn't be happier. My wife and I would definitely recommend that everyone work with Kim for their next buy/sell of a home.

Kim and Lee are amazing. They consistently went above and beyond for us. We had initially attempted to purchase a home in Seattle before giving up due to the intensely competitive market there, and we decided to move to CO to be closer to family. Kim and Lee were flexible and proactive with us the whole way, despite the complications of trying to buy a home while living in another state. More importantly, they were advocates for us during the process, working with the selling agent, our lender, the appraisal agent, and the inspection agent to make sure we got the best options out of the process. Even after the purchase, Kim and Lee have continued to work with the seller’s glass contractors to help finalize some lingering construction work that was delayed/unable to be completed before we assumed ownership. I truly cannot recommend them more. They (and CHR) made a complicated, competitive house purchase a straightforward and smooth process.

Kim and Lee were awesome. We had Lee come over even though our house was a mess. He gave us some tips and as soon as he left we were on it. The house was ready in about a week and a half. They came and took professional pictures which were awesome and then when we put our house on the market I thought it would be on the market for at least 30 days. It sold within 5 days. Lee and Kim kind of held our hands through the next parts of inspections and explaining all the numbers. I have to admit we were a little slow on the numbers part but Lee and Kim were very patient. Closing went easily. I highly recommend them. You won't be sorry.
